How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed. Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. Express orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days after processing.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed and depends on carrier availability.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

How can I track my order?

There are two easy ways to track your order:

  1. Email — Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
  2. Your Account — Log into your account and click the order you would like to track.

Can I change my shipping address after I order?

If your order hasn't been packed or dispatched yet, we may be able to update your delivery address. Please get in touch with our customer support team ASAP after placing your order.

Shipping & Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

  • Unworn and unwashed, with original tags/packaging still attached (i.e., cardboard sleeves and tags)
  • Free of heavy scent, debris, or pet hair
  • Not a clearance item
  • Not a gift card

Items that do not pass inspection will not be refunded and will not be returned to you.

Can I return my order?

Yes, we accept returns for unused items within 30 days of delivery.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

While rare, delays or delivery issues can happen. If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, just reach out. We’ll investigate and make things right as quickly as possible — please allow at least 72 hours for resolution, and note that your cooperation during that process may be needed.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship within the United States only.

The item I received is defective or damaged, what should I do?

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, do not return it without contacting us first.

Email us at hello@outerlakes.com with your original order ID number and a photo of the faulty product. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
