Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of being placed. You'll receive an automated tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates

Orders over $75: Free standard shipping
Orders under $75: $9 flat rate standard shipping
2-3 day express shipping: $20 flat rate

Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. Express orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days after processing. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed and depends on carrier availability.

Lost Packages

On rare occasions, a package may be lost in transit. If you believe this has happened to your order, please email hello@outerlakes.com. We'll investigate and make things right as quickly as possible — please allow at least 72 hours for resolution, and note that your cooperation during that process may be needed.

Gift Orders

Packing slips show only the shipping address and item list — no pricing is included, so your gift recipient won't see what you paid. Billing information is kept confidential if a recipient contacts us about an order. We do not currently offer a personal gift message option.
